Underground Facility Damage Reporting Specification Senate Bill 184 passed May 23, 2000 requires the reporting of damages by all owners and operators of underground facilities. The Utility Notification Center of Colorado (UNCC) has established this software application to accommodate this requirement. The reporting requirement is defined in SB184 9-1.5- 102. Reporting may be accomplished by using the Damage Reporting Application.
